Although no one likes a tattle tale, it is often necessary to seek the help of those higher up in the company when all other options have failed. If you have tried time and again to take care of the problem yourself and the bullies is keeping you from doing your job correctly, then it is time to seek the help of someone with authority. These individuals can put the person in their place and allow you to get back to the work that you are paid to do.
